A day of good food at the Burggräfler: from breakfast to dessert
Breakfast on the terrace, a light bite in the afternoon and Alpine-Mediterranean à la carte cooking in the evening: this is how a day with us tastes.
In short
The day begins with a wide breakfast choice, sweet and savoury, on the terrace if you like. From 1 to 5 pm there are light dishes such as a South Tyrolean speck board, and in the evening our à la carte restaurant serves Alpine-Mediterranean cooking from 6 to 8 pm.
TL;DR
- Breakfast: a wide choice of sweet and savoury, on the sunny terrace if you wish.
- Light bites from 1 to 5 pm: from toast and a speck board to honeydew melon with cured ham.
- À la carte dinner from 6 to 8 pm, with wines from our South Tyrolean cellar.
Do you love breakfast? The smell of coffee and freshly baked bread, the taste of sweet fruit? Then join us for a day of good food at the Alpwellhotel Burggräfler, from the first cappuccino to dessert.
Morning: breakfast, sweet and savoury
From around eight o'clock a wide choice awaits you in our breakfast rooms, from sweet to savoury. Fill your plate and take it out to the terrace while the sun is already shining. Then off you go, for example on the path to St. Hippolyt.
Midday: a light bite
At lunchtime, stop at a mountain hut or come back to us. From 1 to 5 pm we serve light, flavourful dishes made with regional produce, such as:
- toast
- a South Tyrolean speck board
- honeydew melon with cured ham
Evening: à la carte and a glass of wine
Our restaurant is open every evening from 6 to 8 pm and serves Alpine-Mediterranean cooking; on two days a week the menu changes a little. Sit in the dining room or on the terrace, perhaps over dumplings with chanterelle sauce – and, if there is room, a Kaiserschmarrn.
You will find the right wine in our rustic South Tyrolean cellar, with a wide choice of varieties.
The menu and the season's opening times are on the page of our à la carte restaurant.
